ECO Dawn" Ltd. was registered on 18.09.1996 years with decision № 2558 the VRC. The company was established with the purpose of exploring, refining and bottling of vegetable oils and started to build a plant for the extraction of vegetable oils for advanced technologies:
cold pressing of oil
physical refining of oils
With these new technologies extracted vegetable oil is green and healthy, keeps all the vitamins and nutritional value and sells very well.
The factory is built on Station Centre, Varna region during the 1996 All equipment is made on its own, using the most advanced technology and equipment.
Based on the experience gained in the early 1997 'ECO Dawn "Ltd. started work on a plant for refining vegetable oils (IRRM) with a new type dezodorator. This is dezodorator continuous action, which gives a much better quality, has lower energy loss, low consumption of steam and recycled water, and many other advantages.
"ECO Dawn" made ??two prototypes and submit them to the International Plovdiv Fair "Fall 98" and "Spring 99". These IRRM a great interest due to the fact that it can be done, etc. "Physical refining", ie refining using only steam without the use of acids and bases. Two prototypes were sold immediately and contracts for construction of more IRRM .
Main activity of the company in 2002 to the design and construction of new IRRM . The Company has designed and built more than 15 pcs. IRRM with capacity from 2 to 25 tons per 24 hours working in Bulgaria and Ukraine.
Since 2001 specialists of the company are working on designing a new generation of plants to extract essential oils, namely mobile plants for essential oils. Installation is modular, each module is designed as a standalone unit that can be transported to the chosen site, near the plantation.
Made and presented the exhibition "AGRA" in 2002 at the Plovdiv Fair 1 pc. container plant essential oils. Interest in such systems is large. Contracts are made 8 pcs. mobile systems with different performance.
Since the beginning of 2002, the company began work on the design of systems for the production of biofuels: biodiesel, bioethanol and biogas.
Experimental results with the first biodiesel plant are very good and the company began work on the production of the first two industrial plants with capacity 40 t / d So far built over 10 plants for biodiesel production with different performance, working on the territory of Bulgaria and Romania.
